Philippine Yacon is organically grown in Cordillera and Sieramadre Mountain, Philippines.
This plant was brougth by a foreigner from Japan in the year 2000 and has been planted and reproduced in Baguio City
Philippines and distributed to all parts of Cordillera and Sieramadre Mountains.
Farmers are well convince to plant because it easily grow wihtout fertilizers and insecticides and inexpensive on
the part of the farmer. however, farmers only produce few Yacon due to limited market outlet.
So, we are looking for a good local and foreign buyers in order to increase our Yacon Production.
